Returns & Exchanges
You may return any item purchased on Ixora-activewear. com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below.
Return Condition
• Items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging and delivery box.
• Items must be new, unused, and with all Ixora hangtags attached.
• Items must be accompanied by your proof of payment.
• The cost of initial shipping and return shipping will not be refunded.
• Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form available on our website to submit your request.
Our customer care team will review your request and handle your return. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email, which is required to process your return.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed.
Important: If you request a refund for an item you have paid duties for, we are unable to refund the duty amount, as it is collected by your country’s customs authorities and not by us.
